Acceptance
These terms apply to your use of guesthawk.com (the site). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. In these terms, "GuestHawk", "we" and "us" mean the GuestHawk team that runs the site.
Using the site
You may browse the site, share its pages and request a demo for your own business or for a business you are authorised to act for. When you give us information through the site, it should be accurate and yours to share. How we handle that information is set out in our privacy notice.
Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but it describes a product that is still developing. Please treat it accordingly.
- Product descriptions are a general guide to what GuestHawk does. Features, availability and integrations may differ by plan, by property and over time.
- Prices shown are indicative. Plans and prices may change, and all prices exclude GST.
- Nothing on the site is an offer or a contract. A GuestHawk subscription is governed by a separate customer agreement, which prevails over anything on the site.
Intellectual property
The site and its content, including text, design, product screens, graphics and the GuestHawk name and logo, belong to GuestHawk or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for ordinary, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, adapt or republish substantial parts of the site, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
Other companies' names
The site mentions online travel agencies, payment providers, accounting software and other products by name. Those names and marks belong to their owners. We mention them to describe compatibility with GuestHawk. A mention does not mean that the owner endorses, sponsors or partners with GuestHawk.
Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- submit false details or someone else's details without their permission;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or disrupt them;
- scrape or copy the site at scale by automated means, or send spam through our forms.
If you find a security weakness, please report it as described on our security page rather than testing it further.
Links to other sites
The site may link to websites run by others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Content on the site, including guides and comparisons, is general information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and you should check requirements that apply to your property with a qualified adviser or the relevant authority.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, GuestHawk is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, such as liability for fraud. Your use of the GuestHawk product is covered by your customer agreement, not by these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
