Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, data import from your current system and training for your team are included in every plan.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. You pay a flat price per property each month. Direct bookings through your site, WhatsApp or the guest app carry no commission from us.
How long does it take to go live?
Most small properties go live within a week. Larger hotels usually take two to four weeks, depending on channels and outlets.
Can I move my existing bookings and guests?
Yes. We import future bookings, rates and guest records from your current system or spreadsheets as part of setup.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices are per property per month and exclude GST, which is added on your invoice.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at any time, and the change applies from your next billing cycle.
